Yes. Your store can be in any language you need, including Arabic, English, both, or any other language you need.
All packages include one year of Shopify, one year of domain rental, agency fees, and training, basically everything you need to launch with no hidden fees. Extra costs are only for optional or additional services such as additional design concepts, revisions, integrations or features not included in the package.
Timing depends on scope and how quickly content and feedback are provided. Your final timeframe is confirmed before we start.
Yes, you can customize your package by adding features from other packages or including custom features based on your specific needs. These features are charged as add-ons. You can even skip the packages completely and request a quote for a specific scope of work.
Your brand assets, product information, images, pricing, policies and any existing content we need to build the store.
Not necessarily. Shopify is our preferred foundation for many e-commerce projects because it handles the store infrastructure while we focus on the experience. However, we provide all types of web development and design services and can work with other platforms if needed.
Yes. We can connect supported local payment options, including card payments and cash on delivery flows.
Yes. We can connect supported local shipping services such as Bosta as part of the project scope.
Yes. We hand over the store and train you on the essentials so you can manage products and orders yourself.
